We are aware of a duplicate avatar issue occurring upon the restart of a server. This issue may cause your avatar to appear to be missing all gold and plus account from previous rounds. Currently, we can only initiate investigation of a duplicate avatar via a support ticket report as we need to speak directly with you.
If you have logged into your avatar and experienced this issue at any point previously on during the upcoming restarts, please ensure you raise a support ticket via https://support.rail-nation.com/en/support/home and this will be investigated.
Please be aware, due to the complexity of this issue, our technical support and customer support team are experiencing longer than average handling time for this issue. However, compensation is being issue to each confirmed case, which increases as the number of hours increase until your issue is resolved.
